Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hotel or related hospitality field
- Prior banquet service or hospitality experience preferred
- Certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling required by state regulations
- Reliable availability for event hours
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional hospitality
- Connect and communicate effectively with guests and teammates throughout events
- Prepare and transform banquet spaces to meet event standards and enhance guest experience
- Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt setup, service, and event closure
- Resolve guest issues calmly and creatively, involving management when necessary
- Assist with the delivery and clearing of food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas during and after events
