The role of Door Person at the Grandover Resort & Spa is a key frontline associate position essential to elevating the guest experience. This position operates during the second shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with required availability on weekends and holidays, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments. The Door Person serves as the initial point of contact for guests arriving at the resort and plays a critical role in setting the tone for their visit. Responsibilities include assisting guests and visitors in entering and exiting vehicles, handling luggage with care, offering valet parking services, and providing knowledgeable information about local area attractions and services.

The successful candidate will embody a professional and hospitable demeanor, consistently delivering personalized service that exceeds guest expectations. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • availability to work 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
  • willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • adherence to company policies and safety procedures
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
