Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or concierge role preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle security and access management discreetly
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or front desk preferred
  • Excellent grooming and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a five-star mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Multitasking and proactive problem-solving ability
  • Fluent in English
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism
  • Manage building access and security discreetly
  • Deliver concierge-level support including handling deliveries and arranging transportation
  • Address resident requests with thorough documentation
  • Keep the lobby clean, neat, and welcoming at all times
  • Anticipate residents' needs and resolve issues proactively
  • Support multiple luxury residential properties with flexible scheduling
