Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Open vehicle and hotel doors and greet guests upon arrival and departure
- Hail taxis as needed
- Respond to guest questions and provide information about local attractions, events and daily activities in the hotel
- Greet V.I.P. and repeat guests by name
- Sweep and mop the floor and outside door area daily to maintain an organized and clean appearance
- Maintain knowledge of all emergency procedures, including guest-related responsibilities and evacuation procedures
- Assist in the case of an emergency
- Perform check-in and check-out calls, involving luggage handling and the escorting of guests as needed
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
