This role is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage of $22.00, primarily covering closing shifts. Employees will be at the forefront of the customer experience, welcoming guests, verifying various forms of identification in compliance with Washington State and LCB regulations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment. The role demands individuals who can work well under pressure, remain calm and professional, and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. Candidates will also need to adapt to various working environments, sometimes including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain, or heat.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills, effectively dealing with customers and team members at all levels. Additionally, team members will assist with store cleanliness, product distribution, and visual displays when needed. Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age per LCB regulations
- Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Must be able to multitask prioritize tasks and be flexible able to go with the flow where you are needed the most
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong collaborator when working with a team but also a self-starter when working alone
