Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age per LCB regulations
- Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Must be able to multitask prioritize tasks and be flexible able to go with the flow where you are needed the most
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong collaborator when working with a team but also a self-starter when working alone
- Customer service and communication skills
- Basic PC knowledge computer laptop iPad smartphone
- Frequent standing walking and sitting
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Night and weekend availability

Job Duties
- Welcomes customer into the shop
- Verify various forms of ID
- Work well under pressure always remain calm and professional
- Communications skills reading writing and verbal clearly describe situations for reports
- Work in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold rain or heat
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills ability to deal with all levels of personnel and public in a professional and effective manner
- Sets an excellent example for customer service following company policies and procedures
- Remain up to date on WA State and LCB regulations
- Maintain a clean and orderly station
- Assist with maintaining store cleanliness
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standards
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts and report to senior shift lead ASM SFM
- Assist with product distribution and displays when asked
- Maintain a professional and friendly appearance throughout shift
- Must comply with all WA State recreational cannabis regulations
- Establish good working relationship with other team members
- Foster positive communications and relationships with employees and vendors
- Keep up to date on industry trends and developments
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
