Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing customer service role preferably in a high-end or luxury service environment
  • Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
  • Should be computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and internet
  • Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
  • Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
  • Overtime may be required for this position
  • Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
  • Must be able to remain in a standing position 90 percent of the time
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Act as a liaison between the parking attendant, residents, guests and concierge staff
  • Meet and greet all guests and direct them to the concierge to sign-in
  • Open door to anyone with packages, strollers, shopping carts etc in their hands
  • Keep track of carts when not in package area, return carts to the appropriate area, and inspect carts for cleanliness
  • Assist with laying out carpets during bad weather and use umbrellas during rain or snow to assist visitors from their vehicles into the lobby area
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean and free of debris
  • Inspect outside area and ensure that doorway and immediate outside area is free of debris
  • Interact professionally with the parking attendants and assist residents/guests in and out of their vehicles
  • Answer inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable
  • Cover the front desk as needed
