Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- valid driver’s license for applicable state
- flexible and able to work long hours
- ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
- ability to stand for entire shift
- maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- listening, understanding and clarifying concerns
- multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- attend all required meetings and trainings

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with tagging, storing and retrieving luggage
- assist guests with cabs and other transportation requirements
- call the garage for valet cars, if applicable
- open vehicle and hotel doors and greet arriving and departing guests
- respond to guest questions and provide information on local attractions, events and daily hotel activities
- be aware of VIP and repeat guests and greet them by name
- announce departing shuttles
- maintain cleanliness of motor entrance and front door
