Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of donuts and other baked goods to Dunkin's standards
- ensure that all products are fresh, delicious, and visually appealing
- maintain a clean and organized work area, following Dunkin's sanitation and safety guidelines
- follow recipes and production processes to ensure quality consistency
- monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations
- provide a positive, friendly experience for all guests by working collaboratively with team members
