Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory or management role
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry
- Experience with freight management software preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and expenses
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field of study with emphasis in international business, logistics/supply chain, marketing or sales preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in supervisory or management role leading high performance teams
- Experience in all modes including dry van, expedited, flatbed, oversized loads, refrigerated, intermodal shipments preferred
- Previous freight management software experience such as Cargowise One and McLeod a plus
- Strong team-building and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and cultivate relationships
- Ability to thrive in fast paced and complex environment while making timely decisions under pressure
- Ability to train employees to effectively present a full range of services to customers, empowering them to build complete logistics and supply chain solutions
- Ability to mentor, motivate and develop team to build relationships and present full range of services to customers
- Working knowledge in logistics and transportation industry including third-party full truckload logistics management, supply chain, tradeshow set-up, final mile desired
- Visionary leader with ability to guide and inspire to meet goals
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining positive attitude and providing unmatched customer service
Job Duties
- Assist Regional Sales Director in creating and driving a business plan strategy that successfully meets sales goals
- Assist in hiring, leading, mentoring and coaching a team of Account Executives to meet their sales goals
- Responsible for the presentation of and implementation of sales training program
- Generate new business and meeting revenue goals while improving gross margins and profitability
- Hold team members accountable to lead and lag measure goals, including number of customer conversations, loads secured, margin per shipment, overall gross profitability and overall customer satisfaction
- Hold team(s) accountable to operational and process expectations of the organization
- Manage existing business accounts and continuously build customer rapport
- Make sound decisions regarding team budget, expenses, costs, and overall profitability
- Convey and report branch and individual accountability back to Regional Sales Director and other key organizational leaders
- Maintain working knowledge of company’s specialty services, internal resources, competitive strategies, and customer requirements
- Deliver clear expectations regarding role and direction of team(s)
- Promote and instill a positive work environment that is challenging and engaging
- Proactively address concerns, conflicts, and interactions with team members
- Embrace the hiring process by building, coaching and mentoring new talent
