Job Requirements
- Must be able to work every Saturday
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to adhere to uniform and appearance standards
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Flexible availability on Saturdays

Job Duties
- Follow all uniform and appearance standards
- Execute the Core Four with the guests and the team
- Create a clean and safe environment by keeping the restaurant neat and organized
- Deliver fast and accurate service by being quick, but not hurried
- Create safe and craveable food by following all Chick-fil-A procedures
- Deliver genuine hospitality by using guest names and sharing warm welcomes and fond farewells
- Anticipate guest needs by paying attention to details and using emotional intelligence
- Be generous by surprising and delighting guests
