Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- follow all uniform and appearance standards
- execute the core four with the guests and the team
- create a clean and safe environment by keeping the restaurant neat and organized
- deliver fast and accurate service by being quick but not hurried
- create safe and craveable food by following all chick-fil-a procedures
- deliver genuine hospitality by using guest names and sharing warm welcomes and fond farewells
- anticipate guest needs by paying attention to details and using emotional intelligence
- be generous by surprising and delighting guests
