Job Description
Our company is a well-established service provider specializing in property maintenance and valet services, committed to delivering exceptional results with high standards of quality. We are proud to be part of a rapidly growing team that values trust, respect, and autonomy among its members. Our organizational culture is built on core values that emphasize dependability, efficiency, kindness, honesty, and adaptability, making us a reliable partner for residential communities and property management firms.
This role is designed for individuals who take ownership of their work and thrive in an autonomous environment where decisions can be made in the best interest of the client and community. The position offers a unique opportunity to impact the daily lives of diverse residents by maintaining cleanliness and order in residential apartment complexes. Not only does this role involve hands-on tasks such as trash collection and site cleanup, but it also requires someone who understands the importance of fostering strong relationships with coworkers and management alike, promoting a team dynamic that extends beyond the standard workplace interaction.
The selected candidate will be working on a schedule from Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 pm and ending approximately at 9:00 pm, providing a consistent evening shift. The compensation for this part-time role is set at $205.00 per week, paid biweekly, reflecting a few hours of dedicated work each week. This remuneration also includes paid holidays, adding value to the employment package.
Working as a Valet with us means that you will be expected to perform your duties efficiently and with great care. You will be going door-to-door within apartment complexes to collect trash and recycling materials from residents' containers and ensuring these are disposed of in the appropriate on-site dumpsters or compactors. Your responsibility extends to tidying up any loose trash found throughout the community and recording instances of non-compliance by residents to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
In this role, you will not just fulfill routine tasks, but you will also be entrusted with making decisions and suggestions on enhancing service quality. The management values feedback from employees and encourages innovative thinking to optimize property maintenance operations. The company believes in recognizing and rewarding team members who demonstrate the five foundational qualities: being dependable, efficient, loving in their approach to service, truthful in their actions, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
If you are someone who meets high standards for work quality, enjoys working independently yet values connections with colleagues, and is eager to grow both financially and professionally, this role offers an excellent pathway. Joining our team means becoming part of a supportive environment where you can take pride in impacting community well-being and where your contributions directly influence the satisfaction of residents and property owners alike.
Candidates should be prepared to work outdoors under varied weather conditions, requiring physical stamina and the ability to walk long distances and climb stairs. Furthermore, a pickup truck is a necessary tool for this position, symbolizing the hands-on nature of the job. Legal requirements such as possessing a valid driver's license, auto insurance with the candidate listed as a driver, and owning a smartphone with a data plan and camera are vital. These tools enable efficient communication and documentation, which are critical components of ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Overall, this role is ideal for disciplined individuals with a strong work ethic who seek meaningful employment where their daily efforts tangibly benefit a community. The blend of autonomy, responsibility, and opportunity for growth makes this an attractive position within a company poised for continual expansion and success.
