Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to prepare menu items following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
  • Use kitchen machinery and equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils and high touchpoints, and servicing restrooms
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and calmly following restaurant policies
  • Follow all safety and security procedures
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned by management
