Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pickup truck required
- Ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate a pickup truck safely
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong ownership of duties
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Proficiency in using a smartphone with a data plan and camera
- Commitment to high standards and company core values
Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from residents' containers at apartment complexes
- Transfer collected trash and recycling to the correct on-site dumpster or compactor location
- Clean up any loose trash around the community
- Document any resident non-compliance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain effective communication with management and coworkers
- Uphold company values in daily work activities
