The valet position at OWR provides a unique opportunity to join a tight-knit and rapidly growing team that exemplifies these values in daily operations. The selected candidate will work primarily during evening hours from Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 pm to approximately 9:30 pm, reflecting a part-time yet impactful role with a starting pay of $160 per week, paid biweekly. The role also includes paid holidays, offering additional value beyond hourly compensation. As a valet, you will be the frontline representative of OWR on site, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within apartment communities by managing trash and recycling collection and ensuring resident compliance with community guidelines. The position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality that aligns with the company’s high standards.
In this role, valets operate with significant autonomy, entrusted with the authority to take actions they believe best serve the client’s interests and the residents' quality of life. The role requires strong communication and collaboration with fellow team members beyond regular working hours, building strong connections across the team. Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from residents' containers at apartment complexes
- Transfer collected trash and recycling to the correct on-site dumpster or compactor location
- Clean up any loose trash around the community
- Document any resident non-compliance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain effective communication with management and coworkers
- Uphold company values in daily work activities
