Job Description
Our company is a rapidly growing service provider that places a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. We specialize in property maintenance services that improve the living environment of residents in apartment communities. Our team is built on core values of trust, respect, dependability, efficiency, love, truthfulness, and adaptability, which guide every aspect of our operations. We are committed to cultivating a workplace culture where employees are empowered to take ownership of their responsibilities and are encouraged to make autonomous decisions that prioritize the happiness and satisfaction of our clients. Our management team values the insights and recommendations of each team member, fostering open communication and collaboration to continuously improve the level of service we provide.
The role we are offering is part-time, working Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to approximately 9:30 pm. It is designed for individuals who hold themselves to extremely high standards and who thrive in positions that provide both challenge and autonomy. As a valet, you will be the sole representative at your assigned customer location, which requires building strong connections not only with coworkers but also with residents and property management. Your responsibilities will have a direct daily impact on the lives of people from diverse backgrounds, making reliability and a customer-focused attitude essential. This position offers the unique opportunity to grow within the company both financially and promotionally as we encourage our team members to advance their careers through dedication and excellent performance.
Starting pay for this position is $640 biweekly, for a few hours of work per week, which includes paid holidays. We expect our valets to demonstrate exceptional reliability, efficiency, and adaptability in their duties. You will be entrusted with challenging work, including going door-to-door within apartment complexes to collect trash and recycling, ensuring correct disposal at designated dumpsters or compactors, cleaning loose trash from the property, and documenting any resident non-compliance. This role requires physical stamina and a readiness to work in various weather conditions. Additionally, you will be required to use your own pickup truck for transportation and have a valid driver’s license and insurance. A smartphone with a data plan and a functioning camera is also necessary for documenting and reporting purposes.
