The role in question is a Valet position that involves working primarily between 7:00 pm and approximately 9:30 pm from Sunday to Thursday. This part-time position offers a starting pay of $350 biweekly, which reflects the responsibility and dedication expected during these concise work hours. The Valet will be the sole representative of OWR at their assigned customer location and therefore must be able to foster strong relationships with coworkers and residents, extending beyond typical professional interactions. This position involves a mix of physical tasks requiring stamina and strength, as well as interpersonal skills to serve residents effectively and uphold the company's high standards. Key responsibilities include going door-to-door to collect trash and recycling from residents, properly sorting and transferring these materials to the designated dumpsters or compactors onsite, and addressing any loose trash found around the community. The role also involves documenting instances of resident non-compliance and performing additional duties as assigned by management. Employees in this position must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and able to handle physical exertion such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking long distances, and climbing stairs. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance (with themselves as a driver on the policy), a smartphone with data and a working camera, and access to a pickup truck to perform their duties effectively.
