The valet position at OWR is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of residential complexes. This role requires a candidate who can work independently as the sole representative at a customer location, ensuring high-quality service delivery every day. As a valet for OWR, the selected candidate will have the main responsibility of performing door-to-door trash and recycling collection at apartment complexes. This includes transferring all trash collected from residents' containers to the appropriate on-site dumpsters or compactors. Additionally, the valet will be tasked with cleaning up any loose trash around the community and documenting instances where residents do not comply with trash disposal regulations. The nature of this role requires physical stamina, as it involves walking long distances, climbing stairs, and working under various weather conditions.
