Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to stand for long periods
- Pass all airport and TSA background checks
- Available for flexible shift schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a premium customer service role such as 4/5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge staff, or fine dining service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledgeable about premium customer service standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and verify lounge access
- Assist guests with travel-related inquiries such as re-bookings and seat changes
- Maintain the lounge's impeccable presentation
- Provide exceptional service to First Class guests and oneworld elite members
- Serve as an expert on Alaska Airlines premium products
- Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless lounge operations
