Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
legally authorized to work in the US
able to stand for long periods
pass airport and TSA background checks
flexible availability to work shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
exceptional communication skills
professional demeanor
ability to multi-task effectively
