Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the US
Ability to stand for long periods
Must pass airport and TSA background checks
Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in a premium customer service role
Experience in 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to provide exceptional hospitality
Knowledge of premium airline products
Strong problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor
