Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Able to stand for long periods
Pass all airport and TSA background checks
Flexible availability for shift-based schedules including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Local candidates only
Prior premium customer service experience mandatory

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Familiarity with premium travel and hospitality services
Strong interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability
