Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Valid flight attendant certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must meet physical requirements necessary for cabin crew duties

Job Duties

  • Ensure safety and comfort of customers onboard the aircraft
  • Consistently contribute to a positive and productive work environment
  • Efficiently prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks
  • Greet passengers, assist with carry-on baggage, and deliver announcements
  • Provide leadership and assistance in emergency and non-emergency situations
  • Calmly resolve passenger situations during flight
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
