As a Food Service Foreman at the Exchange, you will lead a team of passionate and knowledgeable food service workers dedicated to exceeding customer expectations by focusing on extraordinary customer experiences. Your core responsibility will be to understand sales goals, strategically plan and execute daily and weekly workloads to achieve both department and store sales objectives, all while fostering strong customer engagement. You will be tasked with creating work schedules that align with both customer needs and business demands and will play a central role in cultivating a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management, especially in areas critical to service and engagement behaviors. A vital part of your role will be to respond promptly and effectively to deescalate any negative customer experiences, empowering your team to resolve concerns swiftly and ensure the best possible outcome for customers.
