The role of an Experienced Fine-Dining Host at Sexy Steak is pivotal in delivering an unparalleled guest experience from the moment diners arrive. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of up to $22 per hour with a schedule from 4:00 PM to midnight, five days a week, totaling 30 to 40 hours. The host serves as the initial point of contact, greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism in a high-volume, upscale environment. The ideal candidate boasts at least two years of experience in fine-dining or upscale restaurant settings, demonstrating excellent hospitality skills, the ability to manage reservations using systems such as Open Table and Toast, and exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities include welcoming guests promptly, coordinating with front-of-house staff for seating arrangements, answering phones and managing reservation changes, and contributing positively to the work atmosphere. The candidate will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and memorable dining experiences.
