The role of an Experienced Fine-Dining Host at Sexy Steak is pivotal in delivering an unparalleled guest experience from the moment diners arrive. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of up to $22 per hour with a schedule from 4:00 PM to midnight, five days a week, totaling 30 to 40 hours. The host serves as the initial point of contact, greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism in a high-volume, upscale environment. The ideal candidate boasts at least two years of experience in fine-dining or upscale restaurant settings, demonstrating excellent hospitality skills, the ability to manage reservations using systems such as Open Table and Toast, and exceptional communication skills. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hosting experience
- Proven upscale or fine-dining restaurant experience
- Proficiency in computer and phone skills including Open Table and Toast
