Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Ability to work on feet for several hours
- Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, or twist
- Reach and grab objects above head or below waistline
- Good verbal and written communication
- Cleaning tables, floors, and other restaurant areas
- Process customer orders and payments efficiently
- Follow food safety procedures
- Ability to multitask
- Comply with company policies
- Work in fast-paced, high-activity environment
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service or cashiering desirable
Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shift
- Plan each shift and monitor performance
- Take action to ensure team meets McDonald's standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next Shift Leader to prepare for smooth transition
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, training, and quality food production
