Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
- Lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, or twist
- Reach and grab objects above your head and/or below your waistline
- Good verbal and written communication
- Cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
- Taking orders from customers and processing payments efficiently and accurately
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to comply with company policies
- Work in a fast-paced, high-activity area
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or cashiering
- Previous employment in quick service or fast casual restaurants is desirable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Providing customers with a great experience
- Greeting customers with a smile
- Taking accurate food orders
- Preparing all of McDonald's world-famous food
- Partnering with other crew and managers to meet target goals during your shift
- Keeping the restaurant looking fantastic
- Ensuring items are well-stocked
- Other duties as assigned
