Job Duties
- lead shifts providing fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set team goals and delegate tasks
- supervise Guest Service including training and organizing front counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food on time and controls food costs
- hire, train, and schedule crew aligning with sales and profit goals
- motivate team and recognize contributions
