  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • proven track record of managing teams and driving operational success
  • strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
  • strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, labor, and food costs
  • passion for food, hospitality, and creating an outstanding customer experience
  • Spanish bilingual a plus
  • basic computer knowledge

Job Duties

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations
  • oversee daily operations, including inventory, staffing, customer service, and food safety
  • drive sales through effective marketing, promotions, and community engagement
  • manage the P&L, ensuring profitability while maintaining operational efficiency
  • develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all times
  • handle employee performance, training, and development, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment
  • resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • monitor and maintain restaurant budget, controlling labor and food costs
