Job Requirements
- flexible schedule including weekends
- willing to relocate within 50 miles if needed
- must be able to stand for long periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- able to work in hot and restricted kitchen environments
- must pass annual cooking test
- basic understanding of restaurant operations
- team leadership capability
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree preferred
- minimum one to two years of operations experience
- some leadership experience
- ability to pass cooking test annually
- strong customer service skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
