Job Qualifications
- Experience in waste collection or similar maintenance roles preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- dependable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Go door-to-door collecting trash and recycling from residents' containers
- transfer collected waste to the correct on-site dumpster or compactor
- clean up loose trash around the community
- document resident non-compliance
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- communicate effectively with management and residents
- perform other duties as assigned
