Job Requirements

Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
Completion of legally required state or local alcohol serving training and certification if applicable
Good public speaking ability
Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately
Problem identification and resolution skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, handle objects, climb occasionally, and lift up to 60 pounds
Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment capabilities

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion

Ability to perform math calculations accurately

Ability to work under pressure and handle opposition
Excellent communication with customers, co-workers, and management
Knowledge of safety and food handling regulations

Job Duties

Operating POS system including cash and credit transactions handling
Upselling premium viewing experiences such as 3D, RPX, IMAX
Promoting the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
Ensuring tickets are sold according to MPAA rating system and company policy
Responding to guest inquiries politely and professionally
Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
Complying with local, state, and federal food safety laws
Conducting in-theater inspections to maintain picture and sound quality
Assisting with crowd control and directing patrons to auditoriums
Performing cleaning duties in auditoriums and common areas
Managing accurate cash drawer and inventory control
Enforcing alcohol serving laws where applicable
Reporting unusual situations or problems to management
