We are currently looking to expand our team with the addition of dedicated Dog Walkers who will also serve as Pet Care & Home Concierge Specialists. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about animals, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic client-facing environment. The role encompasses professional pet care duties such as dog walking, pet sitting, and reinforcement training, alongside light in-home concierge tasks including organizing, housekeeping, and home checking. Candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and well-being of pets and client homes alike.
The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity for dogs and a reliable understanding of their behavior, as well as basic obedience techniques. A background in animal handling, veterinary care, or professional dog training is highly desirable, though not mandatory. In addition to pet care responsibilities, candidates must have excellent communication skills and a robust sense of professionalism when entering and managing client homes. Physical fitness is necessary to handle dogs of all sizes and energy levels, ensuring safe and effective exercise and care.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience with animals, particularly dogs
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and be punctual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically capable of handling dogs of diverse sizes and temperaments
- Must be professional and trustworthy when entering client homes
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide professional dog walking, pet sitting, and basic training reinforcement
- Maintain structured routines for pets, including feeding, medication (if needed), and exercise
- Monitor pet behavior and report any concerns to clients and management
- Assist with basic in-home services such as organizing, light housekeeping, and home checks
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and overall well-being of pets and client homes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear, professional communication
- Follow customized care plans tailored to each client and pet
