The company offers a dynamic work environment where employees are valued and supported with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. With a strong emphasis on Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies, Carlile strives to ensure a safe workplace where employee well-being is a top priority.

The role at Carlile Transportation involves operating in compliance with established HSSE policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for reading customer and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.50 to $30.80 per hour depending on experience, coupled with a $2.00 per hour swing shift differential. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to join a stable and reputable company that values safety, reliability, and employee development.

Carlile Transportation also supports career advancement through ongoing education and training, including tuition reimbursement and continuing education programs. The company culture promotes a healthy work-life balance with options for flexible work schedules such as work-from-home days on Mondays and Fridays. If you are committed to upholding the highest safety standards while delivering exceptional logistical support, this role at Carlile Transportation offers a rewarding career path with comprehensive benefits and a supportive environment.
