Job Requirements
- Ability to pass IDOC/IDJJ background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Two years of office experience
- Keyboarding skills at 45 words per minute
- Ability to utilize digital tools and platforms
- Compliance with all vaccine and medical standards set by the employer
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Must be willing to abide by collective bargaining agreement provisions
Job Qualifications
- Completion of high school education or equivalent
- Two years of office experience
- Ability to keyboard accurately at 45 words per minute
- Proficiency in using digital technology and office software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- Serve as secretary to the Health Care Unit Administrator
- Keyboard complex charts, statistical reports, documents, forms, and memos including medical and psychological terminology
- Serve as Health Care Unit receptionist
- Compile and gather statistics and information for Health Care Unit monthly report
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
