The Division Director also plays a crucial role in developing and launching new competitions and educational programs that enhance the prestige and impact of the National Western Stock Show. This individual represents the organization at industry events and conferences, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and the agricultural community’s evolving needs. Reporting to the Vice Presidents of Livestock & Agricultural Operations and Rodeo & Horse Show, the role offers a full-time salaried opportunity with annual compensation ranging from $115,000 to $125,000. It also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement plans with matching contributions, and various voluntary insurance options.
