Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and hourly staff
- Ability to work in a standing position for at least 8 hours a day
- Ability to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 lbs
- Stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and hourly staff

- Stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, and store all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans properly in the restaurant
- Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens and food preparation areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, preparation slicers, steam kettles, tables and floors
- Assist culinary staff during special requests or priorities as requested by Executive Chef or Sous Chef
- Assist culinary staff with daily cleaning and sanitizing of food preparation areas and equipment
- Fulfill required daily cleaning of kitchen and equipment after hours
- Maintain clean and organized workstations consistent with restaurant philosophy and standards
- Operate within the restaurant with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, and initiative
