Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to work early hours starting as early as 3am and weekends
Must accept a permanent General Manager promotion within the market when available
Must be able to pass background check
Must possess a current, valid driver’s license
Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan if not already certified
Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred
Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program if not already certified
Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage teams and operations effectively

Job Duties

Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed
Fill in for General Managers in their absence and lead by example
Provide ongoing coaching and training for bakery teams
Manage early morning shifts starting as early as 3am for store opening and bake duties
Oversee food quality, safety, and store cleanliness
Learn and execute administrative tasks including inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management
Develop skills in P&L analysis, scheduling, recruiting, and labor cost control
