We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Operations Manager to join our expanding team. This leadership role is pivotal to the continued success and growth of our franchise across multiple restaurant locations. The District Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring that each restaurant operates efficiently, meets financial goals, complies with brand standards, and delivers an outstanding customer experience.

As a proactive and hands-on leader, the District Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, provide coaching and development to restaurant management teams, implement corporate and franchise policies, and spearhead initiatives that drive sales growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, franchise-driven environment and excels at multitasking with a strategic mindset to balance the demands of multiple locations.

This position requires a deep understanding of financial management, including profit and loss (P&L) accountability, budgeting, and cost control. The District Operations Manager will work closely with restaurant managers to monitor key performance metrics, optimize labor and inventory, and enforce rigorous health and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves maintaining brand consistency and fostering a culture of customer service excellence through ongoing feedback and continuous improvement.

The District Operations Manager will also act as the critical liaison between the franchisee and the corporate office, ensuring alignment with overall franchise goals and timely reporting of operational performance. Identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements within the district will be a core responsibility, along with navigating and resolving operational challenges such as staffing issues, supply chain disruptions, or equipment concerns to ensure seamless restaurant operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in multi unit management preferably in QSR or food service industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financials including profit and loss and budgeting
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple locations and priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of franchise operations and compliance standards preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 5 plus years of multi unit management experience in the QSR or food service industry franchise operations experience preferred
  • Proven track record of guiding teams to achieve financial and operational objectives
  • Strong financial management skills including P and L oversight budgeting and cost control
  • Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced multi location environment with competing priorities
  • Understanding of franchise business models and corporate franchise relationships is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations at multiple franchise locations ensuring compliance with corporate and franchisee standards for food quality safety and customer service
  • Recruit train mentor and develop restaurant managers and their teams fostering operational excellence and a positive work environment
  • Monitor district financials including P and L budgeting and cost control measures
  • Drive strategies to maximize profitability while managing labor inventory and other operating costs
  • Ensure adherence to all franchise and corporate standards including health and safety regulations brand consistency and operational procedures
  • Maintain high customer service standards regularly assess customer feedback to implement improvements for an outstanding guest experience
  • Act as the primary liaison between the franchisee and corporate office ensuring alignment with overall franchise goals while reporting performance metrics
  • Identify growth opportunities within your district and formulate actionable plans to drive sales enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
  • Proactively address and resolve challenges related to staffing supply chain equipment or customer service to maintain operational continuity
