Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Strong knowledge of P&L and labor management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in QSR, fast casual, or restaurant franchising
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational improvements, and profitability across multiple units
  • Strong understanding of restaurant P&L management, labor controls, and cost optimization
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with frequent travel

Job Duties

  • Provide oversight and leadership to multiple restaurant locations within the district
  • Ensure restaurants consistently meet brand standards for quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate execution, compliance, and team performance
  • Drive sales growth and profitability by monitoring performance metrics, analyzing P&L statements, and implementing corrective actions where needed
  • Develop and manage district budgets, labor models, and food cost controls
  • Ensure all locations meet or exceed operational KPIs
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and coach Restaurant General Managers and their leadership teams
  • Create and maintain succession plans for key management roles within the district
  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, recognition, and professional growth
  • Champion a guest-first mindset, ensuring a consistently exceptional dining experience
  • Support the rollout of new menu items, marketing campaigns, and operational initiatives across the district
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting community engagement and positive representation of the company
  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, labor, and food service regulations
  • Maintain operational readiness for inspections, audits, and compliance checks
