- 5+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in QSR, fast casual, or restaurant franchising
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational improvements, and profitability across multiple units
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&L management, labor controls, and cost optimization
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with frequent travel
Job Duties
- Provide oversight and leadership to multiple restaurant locations within the district
- Ensure restaurants consistently meet brand standards for quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate execution, compliance, and team performance
- Drive sales growth and profitability by monitoring performance metrics, analyzing P&L statements, and implementing corrective actions where needed
- Develop and manage district budgets, labor models, and food cost controls
- Ensure all locations meet or exceed operational KPIs
- Recruit, train, mentor, and coach Restaurant General Managers and their leadership teams
- Create and maintain succession plans for key management roles within the district
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, recognition, and professional growth
- Champion a guest-first mindset, ensuring a consistently exceptional dining experience
- Support the rollout of new menu items, marketing campaigns, and operational initiatives across the district
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting community engagement and positive representation of the company
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, labor, and food service regulations
- Maintain operational readiness for inspections, audits, and compliance checks
