Job Requirements

  • Five years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience
  • General knowledge of human resources training marketing finance and development
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others champion change and have a passion for training and developing team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in the location of the position
  • Willingness to travel to various restaurant locations within the assigned region

Job Qualifications

  • Five years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience
  • General knowledge of functional support areas including human resources training marketing finance and development
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others champion change and have a passion for training and developing team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring management teams
  • Proficient in sales and operational cost management
  • Capable of fostering positive guest relations
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution providing coaching and feedback to management teams
  • Coach and support management teams on team member recruiting development performance management and retention
  • Support training and development of management team members
  • Oversee daily sales marketing plans and operational costs including labor and goods sold
  • Serve as liaison between sports bars and support center ensuring strong communication of initiatives programs and key focus areas
  • Foster guest relations ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction
  • Manage multiple restaurant locations within a designated region ensuring operational excellence
