Job Description

Tria is a dynamic company operating within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry, focused on providing unparalleled dining experiences while maintaining operational excellence across its numerous restaurant locations. With a dedication to fostering innovation, leadership, and community impact, Tria has established itself as a key player in the multi-unit restaurant sector. The company prides itself on its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development, creating an engaging workplace culture that encourages growth and success at every level.

This role is designed for a seasoned and ambitious leader with multi-unit restaurant operations experience, particularly within the QSR segment. As a district-level leader at Tria, you will be instrumental in driving business success by overseeing multiple restaurant units. Your responsibilities will include developing district-wide strategies that support each restaurant's financial, operational, and customer service objectives, while recognizing the unique strengths and challenges inherent in each location. Your strategic insight will enable you to tailor store-level plans that grow sales, increase profits, and foster employee growth.

In this position, you will lead a team of General Managers, acting as a mentor and coach to empower them in their roles as operational leaders. Your expertise will be critical in addressing customer issues, staffing, restaurant operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Building successful and cohesive teams is a core element of your work, involving continuous analysis of staffing needs and recruitment strategies to meet evolving operational demands. You will also identify skill gaps and implement effective training programs to equip your teams for success.

Tria offers a competitive compensation package that rewards dedication, expertise, and leadership capability. The base salary is commensurate with experience and includes structured bonus potential to recognize outstanding performance. Employees also benefit from comprehensive wellness offerings, including health and dental insurance, ensuring a strong support system for personal and family well-being. Executive-level perks extend to the provision of a company car, cell phone reimbursement, and a company credit card, facilitating smooth operational management on the go. Paid time off is also provided to promote work-life balance.

This role requires a high level of assertiveness, self-direction, and strong analytical ability, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that propel the business forward. A valid driver's license and good driving record are necessary to effectively fulfill the responsibilities involving intra-district travel. If you are passionate about leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented QSR environment and are committed to operational excellence through motivating teams and implementing strategic initiatives, this position with Tria presents a remarkable opportunity to advance your career while making a significant impact.
