Job Duties
- plan and coordinate business operations in district showrooms to achieve financial goals, driving revenue growth and profitability
- perform resource allocation, workload assignment, and schedule management for assigned projects, optimizing efficiency and productivity
- manage a team of professionals on a daily basis to meet or exceed company objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- identify skill gaps and schedule trainings for team members, ensuring continuous improvement and professional growth
- resolve all customer issues and ensure outstanding customer service, cultivating loyalty and positive brand perception
- conduct performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback for improvements, driving individual and team success
- build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members, promoting collaboration and teamwork
- identify business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans, contributing to the development of new business strategies for growth and revenue generation
