Job Description

Arby's is a renowned fast-food restaurant chain that has been delighting customers with its unique and flavorful menu offerings. Known primarily for its delicious roast beef sandwiches and a wide variety of other American food staples, Arby's has grown into a significant player in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry. The company operates hundreds of locations across the United States and internationally, consistently aiming to provide an excellent dining experience through quality products and friendly service. Guided by its six core values—Dream Big, Work Hard, Get it Done, Play Fair, Have Fun, and Make a Difference—Arby's seeks to create an environment that nurtures employee growth, teamwork, and community involvement. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture where team members can develop and excel in their careers while contributing positively to the business and customers they serve.

The role of District Manager at Arby's is a leadership position critical to the success and expansion of multiple restaurant locations. As a District Manager, you will have the important responsibility of overseeing the operations of four to ten restaurant units, ensuring they achieve their sales and profitability targets while maintaining superb service and operational standards. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on management, as District Managers are expected to provide guidance, mentoring, and operational support to Restaurant General Managers within their assigned areas. The District Manager plays a key role in driving sales through creative and targeted sales strategies, actively monitoring financial performance, and applying leadership best practices to motivate teams and enforce company policies. Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution abilities are essential for maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment across all locations under supervision.

Moreover, Arby's is committed to providing its District Managers with competitive compensation packages, eligibility for performance bonuses, and access to a comprehensive suite of benefits including 401(k), health savings accounts (HSA), medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance options. The company supports work-life balance with flexible scheduling and paid training opportunities to prepare you for success in the role. Additional benefits such as complimentary meals during shifts, daily pay options through an Earned Wage app, and clearly defined paths for advancement underline Arby's dedication to employee satisfaction and career growth.

In summary, joining Arby's as a District Manager means becoming part of a dynamic and growing organization devoted to operational excellence and fostering a positive work culture. This career offers the chance to impact a diverse team of restaurant professionals, contribute to the company’s success, and enjoy ample opportunities for personal and professional development. If you have a passion for the QSR industry and a proven track record in multi-unit management, Arby's invites you to bring your talents to their team and help shape the future of fast-food dining.
