The role of Regional/Field Operations Manager at ABM is pivotal in guiding operational success across a designated geographic region, with a strong focus on Facility Services. This position requires the candidate to collaborate closely with Regional and Market Operations leaders to guarantee that quality services adhere to contractual agreements and stay within budgetary constraints. The manager will be instrumental in driving service excellence and fostering customer retention, positioning ABM’s brand strongly within the region.

This role demands a leader with exemplary relationship-building skills and a robust background in operations management. The Regional/Field Operations Manager will oversee the planning and comprehensive direction of area operations, ensuring profitability through strategic execution and effective resource management. They will develop and implement strategies to retain customers by delivering high-quality and cost-effective services, while actively identifying potential business opportunities and spearheading efforts to secure new accounts.

The manager will maintain adherence to ABM’s standard operating procedures, collaborate with the Center of Excellence to integrate industry best practices, and lead efforts to improve operational performance and efficiency. This position also entails fostering productive relationships with customers, swiftly addressing and resolving service issues, and serving as a subject matter expert in Facility Services within the market or region. Furthermore, the manager will provide leadership within the workforce, promote positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as ABM policies.

Travel is an expected component of this role, averaging around 25%, and the work arrangement is hybrid, subject to business needs. The compensation offered ranges from $120,000 to $135,000 annually, with eligibility for participation in a company incentive or bonus program. The schedule primarily covers Monday through Friday, yet requires flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend, holiday, and varied hours as operational demands arise.

Candidates will be expected to bring a comprehensive understanding of the Facility Services industry, proficiency in managing financial aspects including budget monitoring, and established skills in sales methodology and compliance adherence. Job Qualifications
