The District Manager position based in Anchorage, Alaska is a critical leadership role within Compass Group's offshore defense catering and janitorial operations. This role is salaried between $95,000 and $110,000 annually, with an additional 10% to 20% annual bonus opportunity reflecting the scope and responsibility of the role. The District Manager is responsible for driving excellence, ownership, accountability, and adherence to defined company pillars: Quality, Safety, Growth, Innovation, and Culture across all district sites. This role demands an experienced leader who can ensure consistent quality, safety compliance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. A key aspect of this position is managing multiple remote and offshore sites which require the ability to lead diverse teams, coordinate complex operations, and maintain robust client relationships.

They also play a vital role in client governance and satisfaction by sustaining strong client relationships, conducting governance meetings, and implementing feedback loops to enhance operational delivery.
