Job Requirements
- minimum three years experience managing large-scale food service contract operations offshore remote experience preferred
- ServSafe certification and HACCP knowledge
- strong financial acumen forecasting budgeting profit and loss management cost controls
- menu development experience strong proficiency with data analytics and Microsoft Office
- excellent written and verbal communication professional business vocabulary
- ability to travel frequently and work in demanding environments valid passport may be required

Job Duties
- drive excellence across all district sites ensuring consistent quality safety service delivery and operational efficiency
- lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise performance reduce risk and enhance client outcomes
- recruit hire onboard and retain top talent develop leadership pipelines create a culture that values high performance safety and engagement
- establish and oversee training programs provide ongoing development and succession planning
- read interpret and act on profit and loss statements manage forecasts budgets and cost controls
- oversee capital deployment proforma development cpi considerations labor management and purchasing compliance
- maintain strong client relationships conduct governance cadence with senior management deliver on client requirements and service levels
- maintain HACCP-compliant safety and sanitation standards ensure audit readiness and adherence to all regulatory requirements
- enforce company policies timekeeping accuracy and compliance with all federal state and local regulations
