Job Requirements

  • minimum three years experience managing large-scale food service contract operations offshore remote experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification and HACCP knowledge
  • strong financial acumen forecasting budgeting profit and loss management cost controls
  • menu development experience strong proficiency with data analytics and Microsoft Office
  • excellent written and verbal communication professional business vocabulary
  • ability to travel frequently and work in demanding environments valid passport may be required

Job Duties

  • drive excellence across all district sites ensuring consistent quality safety service delivery and operational efficiency
  • lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise performance reduce risk and enhance client outcomes
  • recruit hire onboard and retain top talent develop leadership pipelines create a culture that values high performance safety and engagement
  • establish and oversee training programs provide ongoing development and succession planning
  • read interpret and act on profit and loss statements manage forecasts budgets and cost controls
  • oversee capital deployment proforma development cpi considerations labor management and purchasing compliance
  • maintain strong client relationships conduct governance cadence with senior management deliver on client requirements and service levels
  • maintain HACCP-compliant safety and sanitation standards ensure audit readiness and adherence to all regulatory requirements
  • enforce company policies timekeeping accuracy and compliance with all federal state and local regulations
