Job Requirements
- Must be based in Florida near a major airport
- ability to travel up to 80% across NC, SC, TN, AL, and FL
- culinary degree preferred
- Serve Safe certification
- 5+ years of culinary management experience
- 2+ years of multi-site culinary leadership
- experience in high-volume production and catering
- strong cost control and budgeting skills
- excellent communication and leadership abilities
