Job Requirements

  • Must be based in Florida near a major airport
  • ability to travel up to 80% across NC, SC, TN, AL, and FL
  • culinary degree preferred
  • Serve Safe certification
  • 5+ years of culinary management experience
  • 2+ years of multi-site culinary leadership
  • experience in high-volume production and catering
  • strong cost control and budgeting skills
  • excellent communication and leadership abilities
