Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 4-6 years of distribution supervisory experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to prioritize safety and quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required, some college preferred
- 4-6 years of distribution supervisory experience preferably in the food industry
- Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence
- Experience with coaching and developing associates
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve complex issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to promoting workplace safety and quality standards
Job Duties
- Win the shift by ensuring on-time dispatch of complete orders and adherence to quality, efficiency, and safety standards
- Foster a culture of associate engagement by respecting, including, and empowering all associates
- Uphold and promote E5 Leadership Behaviors including Embrace the Consumer, Ensure Operational Capabilities, Empower and Involve, Engage and Develop, and Expect Ownership and Accountability
- Identify issues, assign actions to appropriate team members, and follow up to ensure completion
- Coach associates towards an independent, problem-solving mentality
- Operate with a One Team mentality by collaborating across departments to solve issues and ensure customer service
- Prepare priorities for upcoming shifts and coordinate important issues with cross-functional partners and leadership
- Deliver on key performance indicators for people, quality, safety, service, and cost
- Engage and develop associates through onboarding, training, coaching, and feedback
- Achieve safety goals and deliver safety awareness programs
- Ensure product quality by managing inventory and following Product Accountability best practices
- Lead team to achieve shipping on-time, in-full KPIs
- Ensure cost efficiency by managing operations, budgets, and staffing schedules
- Utilize tablets and applications such as Rever, Shift Guides, and Intelex to streamline processes
