Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- equivalent experience may be considered
- strong interpersonal skills with focus on customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building
- ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic, fast-paced environment
- demonstrated interest in continuous learning, mentoring, and leadership
- mechanical or technical experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
- required to move parts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- required to stand, sit, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl to access equipment
- required to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- proficiency in English for compliance with safety standards and policies

Job Duties
- Perform any shipping and receiving tasks assigned by supervisor
- pick and verify customer orders
- move incoming or outgoing merchandise by hand, hand truck, or forklift
- meet safety, productivity, and quality standards
- conduct quality inspections on products
- load and unload delivery trucks daily
- receive, inspect, and stock merchandise
- perform daily forklift maintenance
- assist management with inventory counts
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- perform other duties as assigned
