The Distribution Center Warehouse Associate is a vital position within our organization, tasked with managing warehouse inventory as well as facilitating the daily transfer of HVAC freight and materials. The role involves performing a variety of shipping and receiving tasks assigned by supervisory staff, picking and verifying customer orders, and moving merchandise throughout the distribution center using manual methods, hand trucks, or forklifts. Key responsibilities also include conducting quality inspections to ensure the accuracy of products being received, picked, and shipped, as well as the daily loading and unloading of delivery trucks.

Additionally, the associate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and stocking all incoming merchandise and maintaining the warehouse environment to ensure cleanliness and safety. The role requires a hands-on approach to warehouse upkeep, including assisting management with inventory counts and performing routine forklift maintenance as outlined in daily checklists. Success in this position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety protocols stringently.
