Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in senior management role within operations, distribution, or logistics environment supervising and developing managers or supervisors
- OR 2 years experience as Walmart Logistics Operations Manager including supervising and developing associates
- OR 4 years experience in senior management in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail environment
- Ability to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience in senior management in operations, distribution, or logistics environment
- Proven ability to supervise, evaluate, mentor, and develop managers and supervisors
- Experience managing workload and participating in hiring and promotion
- Knowledge of financial management and compliance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build inclusive, high-performing teams
- Understanding of logistics and retail operations
Job Duties
- Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing
- Drive, develop, and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals
- Forecast and follow up on staffing, workload, and performance results
- Manage assigned financial aspects, including expenses and asset utilization
- Monitor and ensure facility-wide compliance with quality and safety standards
- Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns
- Supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing direction and feedback
- Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates
- Serve as a community liaison and participate in local and charitable activities
- Build high-performing teams and create a workplace culture of belonging
- Act with integrity and uphold company values
- Deliver results while putting the customer first
- Drive continuous improvements and support organizational change
- Make data-driven decisions balancing short and long-term priorities
