This position offers an annual salary ranging from $116,000 to $174,000 with additional compensation benefits such as performance-based bonuses, regional pay adjustments depending on the location, and stock options. Walmart provides an extensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plans, company-paid life insurance, paid time off covering vacation, sick leave, and parental leave, among others. The role also includes leadership responsibilities like mentoring, coaching, and participating in hiring and promotion activities, emphasizing the company’s commitment to professional development and career growth. Successful candidates will embody Walmart’s core values—respecting individuals, acting with integrity, serving customers and members, and striving for excellence—to support the company’s mission of making a positive impact on its associates, customers, and communities worldwide.
